                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR
                   OF THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS AND THE
                   CITY FINANCE OFFICER TO EXECUTE AND ATTEST,
                   RESPECTIVELY, AN AGREEMENT WITH CONSOLIDATED
                   TECHNOLOGIES, INC., FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES
                   RELATIVE TO CONTRACT NO. WD-1-92, AMNICOLA
                   WASTE DISPOSAL PROJECT, FOR AN AMOUNT NOT TO
                   EXCEED THIRTEEN THOUSAND AND NO/100 DOLLARS
                   ($13,000.00).
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, that the Administrator of the Department
       of Public Works and the City Finance Officer be and are hereby
       authorized to execute and attest, respectively, an Agreement with 

       Consolidated Technologies, Inc., for engineering services 
relative
       to Contract No. WD-1-92, Amnicola Waste Disposal Project, for an
       amount not to exceed $13,000.00.
